Montilio's offers a free consultation and cake tasting with one of our cake specialists at 3 convenient locations in the Boston area.Please go to Wedding link and then to Make An Appointment link for locations, times and telephone numbers

How do you price a wedding cake?

Answer:

Per Serving


Montilio's prices our cakes by the number of servings. The final cost is determined by the complexity of the design. There is no sales tax on cakes.

Question:

How much does a wedding cake cost?

Answer:

From $3.25 per serving


Our butter cream designs start at $3.25 per serving. Rolled Fondant, Fresh Flowers,
Pastillage flowers and decorations will add to the cost.
Floral - add about $100.00 - $400.00 depending on your
design and flowers.
Pastillage - start at $6.00 - $14.00 per serving.

Is there a delivery charge?

Answer:

Yes


We will deliver your cake in a refrigerated vehicle. We charge 1.20 per mile [one way] to areas in New England. The areas we deliver to are: NH, VT, MA,[Cape Cod & Islands] RI, CN. We also deliver to NY & Long Island.

Question:

Can you match colors on the cake to my
dress, etc.?

Answer:

Yes


For specialty colors we suggest you bring swatches of the color. Our wedding cake consultants can advise you on color and how it will affect the overall design of your cake.

Can I use fresh flowers on my cake?

Answer:

Definitely


Montilio's has a florist on staff specifically to decorate fresh floral designs. We will call your florist and get a list of the flowers chosen for the wedding and incorporate both types
and colors to compliment your cake.

ASAP


4 to 6 months prior to wedding date.

Yes
